Bootwizard flashing error

Hi, the problem is:
with the file eboot_patched.nb0 i have flashed the SPI flash memory on my NXSB100 with bootwizard_0.9.1_svn1160 using:
UART0,
Null modem cable and a USBtoSerial converter (my PC don't have an embedded serial port).
This procedure work ok only for the first once, when i try to flash again the SPI with the bootwizard the message is:
" strange or no response from device, seems to be no netx"
Next i try to flash with the new bootwizard 1.0.249 but the message is the same:

What happened to the board between the 1st and 2nd flash attempt? Did you reset or powercycle the board?

Which serial converter are you using?

yes i have reset with the button on the board and then i have disconnected and reconnect the power supply to the board. I have try with three type of serial:
1-USB to Serial converter from Wiretek
2-USb to serial converter from Lindy
3- embedded serial port of a desktop PC

The error is the same of my previous post.
Obviously first i set the board in serial boot mode, the yellow led flashing.

Now i have try to flash the board with USB and bootwizard and it work!!!
Then i have try to flsh the board with Serial and don't work....
Another question: i have the wince bsp for netx, then i have flashed with bootwizard the file eboot_patched.nb0 on NXSB100, next in a serial terminal should be appear a boot menu'....but i don't see it...why?
After the flash procedure the led SYS if green but if i make a reset or powercycle the led is yellow...why? it shoud be green (RUN).

Hey, great news! It's a bit strange that the serial connection does not work. I tried to reproduce it by flashing a NXSB100 board 10 times in a row, but it always worked. Are you sure that the first flash procedure was closed properly? Could you send the first message log?

The standard eboot image requires parallel flash to run properly. Please read the bsp manual or this post: http://board.hilscher.com/viewtopic.php?p=1565#1565

However there should be some reaction on the serial port. Are you sure you have a working eboot image?

Hi, Chris
i have found the problem, the serial transceiver (simil max232) was break. The internal charge pump don't generate the negative voltage for properly driven the TX line.

Thank's for time
