Installing boot wizard

Hi,
after unzipping the boot wizard archive, i launched bootwizard.exe. It shows an error message ("libusb0.dll not found").
When i copied all the files in the main directory along with the files contained in the driver/windows subdirectory into the same directory, boot wizard works properly.
Is there a better way to get the wizard started?

Hi jr,

yes, there is a better way.

The Bootwizard will start automatically, without any errors at the first time you use it, when you have already installed the needed drivers for the netX.

The best way is:

- unpack the archive
- bring your board into the boot mode (power on the board, keep the boot button pushed, push the reset button - one time, release now the boot button, the SYS-LED starts flashing)
- connect the board to a free USB port of your PC
- now will Windows recognize a new device
- install the delivered drivers

Now it is the best time to start the Bootwizard.

:!: Note: You must bring your board every time into the boot mode, when you want to flash an image with the Bootwizard into your board.
