new Bootwizard version available !
Hy Folks,
on the Hilscher web page is a new version of the Bootwizard application available.
The following changes are made in the version B0.9.2_1450:
Notes:
* The flasher binary has now a magic, interface information and version number. This means older flasher binaries will NOT work with this bootwizard release.
* locked Spansion parallel flashes are untested
* definition for SPI Flash M25PE80 are untested
Changes:
* new definition for SPI Flash M25PE80
* added lock and unlock functions for parallel flashes
* unlock all blocks before image write
* added bootwizard svn version
* added header to flasher binaries with version, platform and interface info (NOTE: older flasher binaries will NOT work with this bootwizard release)
* speed up uart transfer

* added new bootblock tag 'SramCtrl'
* changed ambiguous entry for SA25F040 and M25P40 to M25P40
* new SPI write routine for flashes without support for single page erase or rewrite

The following changes are made in the version 1.0.230.0:
Changes:
* fixed I2C eeprom selection
* fixed relative paths in config menu
* fixed paths to different volumes in config menu
* fixed: filenames for netx50/netx500 were mixed up in the config menu
* The input and output file fields are editable now. Press return after entering the input file name to load.
* fixed bug when loading files with a suffix other than .elf or .bin
* fixed input file handling: files with suffix .elf are treated as elf files, any other are treated as boot images if they have the magic cookie and netX signature, and as raw binaries otherwise
* added parallel flash src and dst types for netx500/100 and netx50

Just to prevent confusion: it's only the flasher binary "flasher.bin" which is incompatible to previous releases of the bootwizard. The new flasher.bin is included in the zip archive. Just unpack the complete zip archive and run the bootwizard.exe to avoid problems.
Of course all your bootimages still work with the new version.
