CAN sampling point control

Hi Magic,

for CAN or DeviceNET the netX is only able to set the following sample point:

Baud Rate (kBaud) - Sample Point (%)
====================================
          1000    -    77
           800    -    82
           500    -    88
           250    -    88
           125    -    88
           100    -    88
            50    -    88
            20    -    88
            10    -    88

The syncronization rules are observed by the netX.
