PNIO sample: Boot from SD Card

Hi,
i would like to boot the PNIO example (NXSB100_PROFINET_Eval.bin) from SD card. In the bootloader documentation i could not find information on how to create a file (e.g. netx.rom) that can be copied to the sd card root directory such that the system is booted from there.

Hi JR,

this could be done with the Bootwizard application. This application is needed, no create a boot able image from a *.elf file. Further more you can modify an existing boot image to change the parameters like source device. This is what you need, if you only have the *. bin file available.
