The documentation including a device driver list is available for download under netX O/S (Choose Category : NXBSP 500-WINCE).

It is possible to change the display parameters in the registry, to support other/custom displays. This is also described in the BSP documentation.

AFAIK there is no official policy available, but bugfixes are free of charge. I don't know how component updates/addons (e.g. fieldbusses, etc.) will be handled.
